Barrut de Barrutlaires – the adventurers – originate from the valleys of Hérault, Aude, and the eastern Pyrenees. They compose their own poetry and sing of their rebellions in their native language, Occitan. Their music is a journey into polyphony with a fresh perspective and a vision committed to the social, political, and ecological struggles of our time.
After being selected for BABEL MUSIC XP 24 and WOMEX 24, this year they will be at MUNDIAL MONTREAL and are labeled GÉNÉRATION SPEDIDAM 25/27.
